We're looking for an experienced L&D professional to lead our learning initiatives — bringing both the strategic vision to shape direction and the hands-on expertise to deliver results. What you'll own
Learning Programs:
Oversee and evolve a comprehensive suite of learning initiatives, ensuring they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.Needs Assessment & Analysis:
Identify skill gaps and opportunities across the organization, using data and stakeholder input to inform priorities.Training Facilitation:
Facilitate sessions and coordinate with internal and external facilitators to maintain consistently high-quality delivery.Impact Measurement & Reporting:
Track outcomes and ROI, and share regular insights with senior leadership to guide continued investment in learning.Technology & Platforms:
Leverage LMS tools and virtual learning solutions to keep programs scalable and accessible.Stakeholder Partnership:
Work closely with leaders across the business to keep talent development connected to what the organization needs most.
