HR Generalist

What You'll Do As our HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our organization—managing daily HR operations while driving initiatives that support employee engagement, growth, and organizational success.

You will:

+ Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes + Administer and enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs + Manage and optimize HRIS systems and employee data + Support and strengthen employee relations and engagement + Lead and coordinate training and development programs + Assist with benefits, compensation, and performance management + Contribute to organizational development and workforce planning + Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance + Help attract, develop, and retain top talent What You Bring + 4+ years of Human Resources experience + Strong knowledge across multiple HR functions (employee relations, HRIS, training, etc.) + A proactive, solutions-focused mindset + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams + Passion for fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
