This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while building toward a long-term career opportunity. The company is open to candidates with approximately 3-5 years of HR experience and is willing to consider strong HR Coordinators or early-career HR professionals eager to grow into a Generalist-level role. The team values organization, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is fully onsite in Meridian, ID and will support recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee relations, training initiatives, and HR project management during a high-volume operational period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support recruiting efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to help move hiring processes forward efficiently. Assist with onboarding, employee training coordination, and HR documentation. Provide support with employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries. Track projects, workflows, and deadlines using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com. Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance and policy administration. Support process improvements and help keep HR operations organized during a busy period. Assist with additional HR administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5
years of HR experience preferred; strong HR Coordinators looking to grow are encouraged to apply. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations activities. Experience using Asana or Monday.com is required. Experience with UKG and/or Workable is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to assist where needed.
