Job Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Intern and embark on an exciting journey to develop your HR expertise! This paid internship offers a hands-on experience in recruitment, record retention, compliance, and employee engagement. You will support various HR functions, contribute to organizational development initiatives, and gain valuable insights into workforce management and HR systems. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a solid foundation in human resources while making a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, and supporting interview scheduling and coordination. Contribute to employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive onboarding experiences. Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives such as benefits administration, policy administration, and engagement planning. Help maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports using Excel data analysis tools. Aid in regulatory compliance management by reviewing employment & labor law documentation and assisting with HR legal compliance efforts. Collaborate with team members on training & development programs, organization design projects, and workforce management strategies. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Demonstrated interest in human resources management, talent acquisition, or organizational development. Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data collection and presentation purposes. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior administrative experience or exposure to HR department functions is a plus. Pay:
