Our services are designed to enhance the lives of our residents in a meaningful way, but we can't do it alone. We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and be a part of our life-changing mission . This is a full-time position based out of the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday 8:00AM
- 4:00PM. The salary range for this position is $70,000
- $74,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Experience and Skills:
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree desired PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience desired In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply employment law, regulations and best practices required Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with HRIS systems, or ability to quickly learn An ideal candidate will also have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and a strong commitment to managing our HR policies and programs along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and the desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together to support our mission.Benefits:
