Human Resources Business Partner :
- Maintain employee and temporary employee records within the payroll system.
- Process employee pay changes, deductions, attendance tracking, vacation balances, and leave administration.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and eligibility for insurance and 401(k) programs.
- Prepare required reporting related to government compliance, garnishments, child support, and EEOC requirements.
- Manage performance review schedules and communicate upcoming review deadlines to leadership.
- Provide backup support for weekly payroll processing.
Human Resources Business Partner:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, employee recordkeeping, or a related office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with payroll systems; Paylocity experience is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information and handle sensitive records.
