Front End Human Resources Onboarding Specialist Bedford, IN $50,000 - $60,000 a year $50,000 - $60,000 a year We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support a smooth, welcoming, and efficient onboarding experience for new team members. In this role, you will help coordinate front-end HR onboarding activities, ensure new hire information is accurately collected and processed, and provide a positive first impression of the organization. What You'll Do Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires from offer acceptance through early employment milestones. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, forms, and communication to ensure a consistent and timely experience. Collect, review, and track required documentation to support accurate employee records and compliance requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions and guide new hires through initial steps. Partner with HR, recruiting, payroll, IT, and hiring managers to align onboarding tasks and timelines. Maintain onboarding tracking systems and update employee data with accuracy and confidentiality. Support orientation sessions, welcome activities, and first-day logistics as needed. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, communications, and the overall employee experience. What We're Looking For Experience in human resources, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or employee support. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Comfort working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software. A collaborative mindset and a service-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting onboarding in a fast-paced or growing organization. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital document management tools. Knowledge of employment paperwork, onboarding workflows, and basic HR compliance practices.
