Job Description

The Organizational Effectiveness Senior Specialist provides advanced support for organizational design, position documentation, performance management, culture and engagement initiatives, and talent development programs. This role serves as a trusted resource to the ODE function, enabling leaders and HR partners to build effective structures, strong teams, and leadership capability. In addition, the Senior Specialist supports HR Operations Excellence through HR technology, reporting, analytics, and process optimization. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing:
Partners with ODE to assess organizational structures, job roles, spans of control, and workflow alignment. Leads or supports job analysis and develops high-quality position descriptions that reflect scope, accountability, and organizational alignment. Supports the design and execution of talent development initiatives, including coaching resources, development planning, succession planning, and performance improvement support. Coordinates and supports engagement survey deployment, data analysis, action-planning, and progress tracking. Supports community outreach partnerships and volunteer initiatives aligned to culture and employee experience Provides functional support for HR systems, working with HR Ops, internal and external Stakeholders, and IT on enhancements, data integrity, testing, and issue resolution.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required in HR, Organizational Development, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field. In lieu of degree, education and work experience equivalent. Master's degree or professional certification (PROSCI, OD certification, SHRM-CP/SCP, CPTD) strongly preferred. 4-7+ years in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or People Analytics. Experience writing position descriptions and supporting org design preferred. Demonstrated success supporting culture, engagement, and talent initiatives. Advanced analytical capability and experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
