  • We are looking for a talented
  • Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Early Careers Development Programs and Inclusive Recruiting
  • to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time
  • .
    • In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
    • + Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives, to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
    + Lead inclusive recruiting strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes across the region. + Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities to ensure a seamless and engaging program experience. + Foster meaningful candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives. + Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies that improve hiring effectiveness and consistency. + Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions. + Drive operational excellence by developing standard work, documentation, and scalable processes that improve program effectiveness and compliance. + Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
    • To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
    • + Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex talent, HR, or project-based initiatives while balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
    + Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver customer-focused solutions across diverse audiences. + Proven capability to leverage data analytics, insights, and metrics to evaluate outcomes, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making. + Commitment to inclusive recruiting practices and talent development, with the ability to create engaging experiences that attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. + Adaptability, resourcefulness, and strong execution skills, combined with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation.
    • Education, Licenses, Certifications:
    • + Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related to the role, or equivalent experience are preferred.
    + Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, workforce development, or early career talent programs within a complex organizational environment. + Utilize external talent sourcing methodologies, recruiting technologies, and data analytics tools to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent populations. + Apply strong human resources consulting and business process execution capabilities to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable talent solutions. + Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, KellyOCG support teams, educational institutions, and external organizations to coordinate sourcing, outreach, and program activities. + Preferred ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative workforce data, develop meaningful insights, and communicate recommendations that drive business results. + Demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal effectiveness, customer focus, and cultural awareness when working with diverse stakeholders and candidate populations. + Leverage technology and digital tools to improve program delivery, recruiting effectiveness, reporting accuracy, and operational agility. + Maintain program documentation, enablement materials, governance standards, and process controls to support consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. + Preferred ability to develop and deliver practical training, guidance, and recruiting best practices that enhance inclusive and structured hiring approaches. + Demonstrate situational adaptability, self-awareness, and results orientation while navigating evolving business priorities and workforce needs.
