Job Description
Vaco has partnered with a Financial Services client on the north side of Indianapolis to hire several Recruiters for their regional offices in Fishers, IN and Carmel, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity. This role will work fully onsite.
Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for leading all recruitment efforts for the organization. This role manages the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding high quality candidates. The Recruiter builds strong relationships within the community and professional networks, develops referral pipelines, and creates and executes recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth goals. Creativity, strong communication skills, and a results driven mindset are critical to success in this position.Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Community Engagement Build and maintain effective referral sources through internal staff, professional networks, and external community partnerships Develop centers of influence (COIs) and generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, advertising, career fairs, and social media Create and execute a comprehensive recruiting plan to achieve activity and hiring goals Actively participate in community organizations and professional associations to promote career opportunities and strengthen employer branding Promote recruiting successes and the benefits of organizational growth internally Develop and coordinate recruiting marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, direct mail, and community events Collaborate with other recruiters to share leads, insights, and best practices Selection & Hiring Maintain strong knowledge of the role(s) being hired and clearly communicate career opportunities and expectations to candidates Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews Manage all stages of the selection process, including interviewing, evaluation, assessment tools (as applicable), and candidate guidance Ensure consistency, integrity, and fairness throughout the recruiting and selection process Identify and implement improvements to enhance candidate experience and hiring outcomes Coordinate and oversee any pre-hire or pre-start training activities Accountability, Tracking & Analysis Analyze recruiting metrics and conversion ratios to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within applicant tracking or recruiting systems Prepare recruiting activity and performance reports for leadership meetings Facilitate regular reviews to assess progress, outcomes, and next step actions based on recruiting dataQualifications:
3-5 yrs of prior experience in recruiting, sales, talent acquisition, or a related field is required Experience recruiting within professional services, financial services, or a similar environment is a plus Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and engage candidates Proven experience generating leads through outbound outreach, networking, phone, or face to face interactions Active personal or professional network and community involvement beneficial Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
