This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in Human Resources while helping a growing company run smoothly behind the scenes. About The Lead Group The Lead Group is a growing marketing and technology company headquartered in Kansas City with a flexible work environment and a collaborative team culture. We focus on building a stable company where employees can grow over time and share in the success of the business through our Phantom Equity Plan. Responsibilities Support payroll, PTO, and HRIS processes Administer benefits and 401(k) enrollments and changes Coordinate recruiting logistics and background checks Execute onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Administer performance review cycles and track deadlines Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation Coordinate company events, retreats, and employee surveys Support internal HR communications and reporting Qualifications Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Ability to manage recurring deadlines and processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and systems HR, recruiting, administrative, or operations experience preferred Growth Opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and has some prior experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or operations.
