An HRIS Analyst or Specialist runs and manages Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software used by a business or organization. Implements software, manages data bases and provides troubleshooting for technical issues. Designs specific features needed by a company to manage employee data, administer human resources policies or payroll and benefits, and creates reports and analysis.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all technology utilized by the HR team and is responsible for supporting strategic human resource initiatives by configuring and maintaining HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality, and user experience across the company.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
+ Serve as HRIS SME and primary administrator & effectively act as the liaison between our teammates and vendors for our HR Systems + Responsible for all functions for the HR systems including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, configuration management, system administration, testing, & issue resolution + Administer role-based security access and support periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate system permissions + Establish and maintain recurring audit routines to ensure HRIS data integrity + Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms, as well as how data is used and integrated across the HR organization to understand integration points and system dependencies + Use system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, identify gaps, and opportunities for efficiency + Triage, research, and resolve HR system support issues + Identify and correct gaps in existing HR system processes + Surface process inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to revise processes + Manage, create, and perform HR system data feeds and integration, monitor and resolve issues surrounding connections between systems + Configure and maintain business rules and workflow configurations + Identify system enhancements, document business needs, and determine the impact on current processes + Train new users on HR platforms as needed + Maintain the HR confluence page + All other duties as assigned Required Skills /
Experience:
+ 5+ years' experience as an HR systems administrator, including system implementations and maintenance, reporting and analytics, routine troubleshooting, carrier feed, and SFTP management, etc. + Ability to maintain and monitor multiple systems while working with business leaders and users to resolve problems + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Applies broad-based HR knowledge to business needs in a proactive manner and determines best practices to support organizational direction + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, ability to ask thoughtful questions to determine root cause/need + Cus To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
