Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY The HR Specialist supports the effective delivery of Human Resources services through workforce data administration, onboarding and orientation support, compliance tracking, employee service, and records management. This position ensures accurate maintenance of employee information, completion of new hire
and credentialing requirements, adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, and timely processing of HR transactions. Serving as a frontline HR resource, the HR Specialist helps deliver seamless employee experience while supporting operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance throughout the employment lifecycle. Requirements High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or Administrative Support Role
