Job Description
Overview The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department by performing various administrative and professional tasks related to human resources functions, focusing on employee onboarding, compensation offers, and HR processes. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations, fostering a positive employee experience, and supporting the organization's mission to provide an inclusive, supportive work environment. Responsibilities General HR Duties Address employee inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly, directing them to the appropriate HR or management personnel as necessary. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with a high level of accuracy, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Ensure HR practices and policies comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations; participate in audits and reporting as required. Utilize HR systems and tools for tasks related to data entry, tracking, and reporting. Provide system support and troubleshooting assistance to employees. Assist with the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans. Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention rates, and onboarding success rates, to support departmental goals.
