If you're passionate about building strong teams, influencing business outcomes, and creating an exceptional employee experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities What You'll Do As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You'll balance strategic partnership with hands-on HR execution, helping drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders within your assigned population
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals
- Lead and support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives
- Manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance matters
- Execute local and global HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, employer branding activities, change management efforts, and employee events
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external HR service providers
- Oversee onboarding, training, talent development, and employee growth programs
- Prepare and analyze workforce data, metrics, and HR reports to support business decisions
- Coordinate and facilitate performance management and annual bonus processes
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Collaborate with union representatives or works councils where applicable ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level:
- BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
- MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an operative HR role
- Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
- Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset Skills and competencies:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in the local language and good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus! ## What we can do for you
