Covington, LA Position Summary:
 This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for various HR functions. This position will be responsible for personnel records, hiring/termination processes, compiling reports, processing payroll, and benefit administration. This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Human Resources Manager and the Senior Human Resources Generalist in daily activities and special projects.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and knowledge of Human Resources functions with at least three to five years' experience in a human resources department preferred. Alternate preparation such as an associate's degree with over five years of direct HR experience may be substituted. Human Resource experience in banking industry preferred.
