Job Description

OPosition Overview We are seeking a driven and organized Human Resources Manager to lead all facets of recruiting, onboarding, and employee management within a fast-paced home care environment. This role plays a critical part in building and supporting a high-quality caregiver workforce across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, excels at full-cycle recruiting, and is passionate about developing strong teams while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations and departments Partner with Branch managers to define roles, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies Create, post, and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, MyCNA, etc.) Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods Support and grow the employee referral program Onboarding & Compliance Manage the full onboarding process for caregivers and administrative staff. Ensure all pre-employment requirements, background checks, and licensing are completed Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare regulations Prepare and maintain accurate, compliant personnel files Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding communication Employee Relations & HR Operations Assist with employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters Assist with employee reviews and performance management processes Oversee communication to field staff (newsletters, updates, benefit communications) Track licensure, training requirements, and renewal timelines Input and maintain employee data within HRIS systems Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning Support benefits programs that enhance recruitment and retention Stay current on industry trends and provide insight on hiring strategies Qualifications 2-3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience (home care or healthcare preferred) Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and/or locations Strong ability to translate job requirements into effective hiring strategies Hands-on experience with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
