The base salary range is $31.36 to $47.04 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist provides direct support for a variety of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquistion, Benefits Administration, HRIS, and Onboarding.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
Required:
Two + years of Human Resources experience. Experience with ADP Workforce Now. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems management. Exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
Preferred:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred. Experience working in a hospital/clinical setting.
SCHEDULE
In office Monday - Friday required, day shift, flexibility in hours

Human Resources Schedule:
40 hours, Days, 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm
