Robert Half HR Generalist Lexington, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Lexington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will support various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Utilize Google Suite tools to manage schedules, track data, and streamline HR processes. Requirements
- Proven experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, including record-keeping and compliance.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices for integrating new employees.
- Experience managing benefit programs and addressing employee inquiries.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and related software.
- Ability to conduct background checks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Skilled in using Google Suite for tasks such as data tracking and document management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
