Job Description

This role serves as a key liaison between residents, families, staff, and leadership by managing employee records, recruitment, payroll, and benefits while also maintaining financial reporting, billing accuracy, vendor relations, and collections. By providing both strategic oversight and hands-on support, this role ensures organizational efficiency, fiscal accountability, and a welcoming, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalency preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience previous Human Resources experience
  • Ability to work well with staff on all levels
  • Strong interpersonal/people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, database, and spreadsheet applications
  • Must be organized and detailed
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means.
  • Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations.
  • Understands principles of growth and development for the entire lifespan with the ability to provide care appropriate for adult and geriatric patients as appropriate to the patient population.
