Job Description
This 18-week contract offers competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for elementary and middle school students. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent behavioral support strategies. Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor student progress. Provide training and supervision to school staff on behavior management techniques. Support students with behavior and mental health needs to foster a positive learning environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. BCBA certification and valid license. Minimum 1 year of experience in behavior analysis. Experience supporting PreK-6 and Middle school 7-8 students with caseloads of 20-30. Proficiency in behavior analysis and intervention strategies. Ability to work full-time in elementary/middle school environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Background check clearance required.Benefits:
