The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS tasks, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires agility, flexibility, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This is a full time role located at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA. Three days a week in office. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. Administer HRIS systems and collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and data integrity. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, offer letters, and intake meetings. Maintain employee files and data with accuracy, collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and accessibility. Assist with career stream reviews and organizational updates by supporting HRBPs. Provide guidance on HR policies, including gifts, bereavement, maternity, and get well guidelines. Participate in HR projects, such as system revamps and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
