Full Job Description Employment Type:
Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, training, and payroll-related activities. This role requires a professional who can effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and administer employee merit review processes. Manage benefits administration and employee enrollment activities. Oversee time and attendance tracking and related reporting. Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding. Assist with employee training and development initiatives. Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support workplace safety programs and related documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Perform general administrative duties related to human resources operations. Assist with payroll-related activities, including Monday morning payroll processing support. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels, including both shop-floor and office personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general HR administrative functions. Preferred Previous human resources experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and benefits administration systems. Familiarity with employment law compliance and workplace safety programs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay up to $28.00 per hour based on experience. Vacation:
