Gordon Feinblatt is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Harbor East. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions while supporting our firm's commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Produce and track HR data, metrics, and reporting to support organizational decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records & manage the HRIS. Assist with the management of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, and legal industry requirements. Serve as an HR point of contact for personnel, providing guidance and addressing routine inquiries. Assist with policy development, audits, and HR projects. Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed.Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a supportive team player.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
- Experience with Paylocity, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field a plus
- HR certification a plus.

Salary Range:
$65,000.00- $80,000.00 annually (The base salary range for this position is $65,000
