We're looking for an Onboarding & Training Manager who will play a critical role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and successful experience for every new team member. You'll be responsible for guiding new hires, delivering engaging training, consistently supporting development, and helping improve the systems and processes that drive performance. Compensation:
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for all new hires from start to finish. Facilitate onboarding and training sessions that drive confidence and productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days. Maintain and improve training materials, onboarding systems, and processes. Track onboarding progress and ensure completion of key milestones. Identify process improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency. Manage onboarding logistics, system access, and training schedules.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, operations, education, customer service, or a related field Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable learning and teaching technology platforms and software systems Ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset About Company The #1 Keller Williams Market Center in all of Maryland and DC.
