Job Description

HR Specialist We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support a range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities while helping deliver a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
? Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment. ? Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ? Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews. ? Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records. ? Assist in payroll and performance management processes. ? 3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties. ? Strong analytical and organizational skills. ? Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. ? Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
