Job Description
Responsibilities Process and review a wide range of Federal personnel and payroll actions, including competitive and non-competitive hires, position and pay changes, tax forms, garnishments, direct deposits, separations, lump-sum leave payouts, quick service pay requests, and performance ratings. Process personnel and payroll actions using EmpowHR, FHR Navigator, RUMBA, E-Verify, USA Staffing, and eOPF. Identify, research, and resolve routine, complex, and sensitive personnel and payroll processing issues in a timely manner. Provide accurate and timely customer support regarding Federal personnel, payroll, and pay-related issues through written and verbal communication. Manage and maintain employees' electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs), ensuring personnel records are accurate and complete. Maintain a daily activity log of personnel and payroll actions performed.
Requirements:
4 yearsFederal Personnel & Payroll Experience:
Experience processing and reviewing Federal personnel and payroll actions, including hires, separations, position/pay changes, and other personnel actions.Federal HR Systems Experience:
Experience with Federal HR processing systems such as EmpowHR, FHR Navigator, RUMBA, USA Staffing, E-Verify, and eOPF, including maintaining Federal personnel records. Why FYI?
