Job Description

HR Generalist / HR Representative Gorham, ME | $60,000-$68,000 | 4-5 Days Onsite We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an HR Generalist who wants to be a solid HR partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who enjoys employee interaction, problem-solving, and supporting a wide variety of HR functions.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers onsite Manage onboarding, offboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS updates Support employee relations, investigations, and policy administration Assist with benefits, payroll inquiries, compliance, and reporting Coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and HR projects
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of HR experience Manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working directly with employees on the production floor Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems Why Apply?
