You will guide applicants through the hiring process from first contact through onboarding while creating an encouraging and professional experience every step of the way. You will also work closely with leadership and scheduling teams to understand staffing needs, anticipate hiring demands, and help ensure we continue building a strong and reliable care team. Key Responsibilities Review applications and identify candidates who align with company culture and care standards Conduct phone screens and interviews that go beyond skills and uncover character, reliability, and potential Create a welcoming and engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Coordinate interviews, hiring paperwork, background checks, and onboarding processes Maintain strong communication and follow-up with applicants throughout the hiring process Partner with office leadership to anticipate staffing needs and recruiting priorities Build and maintain an active pipeline of caregiver candidates Support caregiver retention efforts through relationship building and continued engagement Represent Right at Home positively within the community and during recruiting events or outreach opportunities Maintain organized and accurate applicant tracking and documentation Leadership Expectations Lead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability Help protect and strengthen company culture through thoughtful hiring decisions Take initiative in solving recruiting challenges and improving hiring processes Support team collaboration and contribute to an encouraging office environment Represent the mission and values of Right at Home in every interaction Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office coordination experience preferred Home care or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience with Google Workspace and recruiting or scheduling systems preferred High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Right at Home Opportunity to directly impact the quality of care our clients receive Supportive and collaborative team culture Career growth and advancement opportunities Competitive salary with bonus potential Paid training and professional development Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Locally owned company with strong values and an exceptional culture Call to Action If you're someone who loves people, recognizes potential in others, and wants to help build a team that truly changes lives, we would love to meet you.
