In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle for delivery associates and dispatchers in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment. This role is responsible for continuous driver recruitment, seamless onboarding, safety compliance, and maintaining strict attendance and scheduling metrics. A successful candidate acts as a bridge between management and the frontline mobile workforce to maximize driver retention and ensures a safe, supportive workplace. Duties Coordinate strict background checks, motor vehicle record screening, and drug testing protocols. Coordinate time-tracking, attendance policies, and benefits enrollment for hourly staff. Manage employee's PTO, vacation, and sick records. Partner with dispatch to onboard new drivers, keep up with driving records, accident/incident reports, and
OSHA/DOT
standards. Act as the first point of contact for driver grievances, performance counseling, and injury claims. Utilize GPS and fleet management software to analyze route efficiency, idle times, and driver behavior Manage fleet insurance policies and lead investigations, reporting, and solutions for vehicular accidents Keep track of all receipts, filing, update employee profiles, and employee handbook. Make copies, send/receive faxes, and maintain all employee files. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, business administration or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or high-turn-over hourly workforce. 5+ years of office administration Proficiency with Microsoft, creating spreadsheets, management software, telematic/GPS tracking systems, and electronic logging devices Strong team-management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to interpret data, generate operational reports, and manage budgets effectively Join us as a Human Resources Specialist where your energetic drive combined with your detailed knowledge will help shape a thriving workplace environment!
