Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst to join our global HR Technology team. This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) , ensuring a high-quality experience for users across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is a technical-functional professional who can navigate the complexities of Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI) , write Fast Formulas , and apply Design Thinking to solve business problems. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR .
