Full Time (90-100%) Support Staff Opening on: Jul 22 2026 Closing at: Aug 4 2026 - 23:55 EDT 11 Salary Commensurate with Experience College Of Human Medicine 1146424 Position Summary The Department of Family Medicine is seeking to hire an experienced administrative professional to support its human resources and related administrative activities. This individual will fill a critical role in meeting the department's human resource needs, including posting posit ions, supporting department searches, completing hiring processes and forms, and completing separation and termination processes and procedures. This person will serve as a primary contact for all department staff and faculty on human resources concerns and questions. This person will work closely with the Department administrative team on all activities, including identification of training needs for department members on human resources issues. Minimum Requirements Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in a human resources area or related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible and expansive work experience in a human resources area; work experience in office procedures and policies; experience with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and/or desktop publishing software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience with MSU human resources and related administrative policies and procedures as well as experience in the development, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures.
