Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly implementation and administration of human resource practices. This role performs duties related to the employment functions such as job posting, procedures for hiring, and new employee orientation, etc. The Human Resources Specialist is an entry level position for administrative support of Human Resources and has opportunity for growth. We Need Adults Who Are responsible, trustworthy, and patient Work well in high-stress, fast changing situations We Require Adults To Have good moral character Be emotionally stable Be 21 or older Brief Description on Any Preferences High School diploma and three years' experience in Human Resources preferred; Associates or Bachelor's in Business/Human Resources with one year experience in human resources preferred; must have demonstrated computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and other software applications.
