Summary:
This role requires support and upkeep of all HR systems within the organization including but not limited to, HRIS, ADP, and Success Factors. In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data going into the system as well as providing support to employees. FMLA and STD claims are also handled within this role as well as payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Design post-onboarding HR data gathering processes to ensure complete data collection Import employment records across multiple HRIS modules (modules: recruiting, personal, employment, payroll, benefits, performance, talent, learning, etc.) Respond to employee requests/inquiries and coordinate with HRBP Provide service to the internal and external customers (HRIS system, HR Help desk, etc) Ensure data collected comply with internal and external standards or requirements Perform data validation tests for all HRIS datasets to ensure data integrity and alignment Escalate employment data changes that require payroll actions (rate changes, new hires, terminations, leave, garnishments, etc.) Organize and supply HR data to applicable stakeholders including but not limited to management team, HR Center of Excellence functions, Headquarters, and more Close HRIS activities on an assigned schedules and produce analytics reports Perform any HRIS data maintenance activities as needed Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3
R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
1 to 3+ years of related experience within HR operations or administrations using HRIS platforms Have experience in working in Global working environment Must be detail orientated Experience with SAP, ADP and other
HCM/HRIS
products with multiple modules
Skills:
MS Office Suite and excellent knowledge of MS Excel Attention to detail and data validation abilities Customer service Multi-tasking Time Management
