Job Description

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, has exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, and is interested in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Analyst performing a full range of duties servicing the Department of Corrections handling workers compensation and medical leaves.
Ideal candidates will have:
A strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations, the Family and Medical Leave Act Guidelines, and collective bargaining agreements. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
