This position will serve as a Human Resources Analyst performing a full range of duties servicing the Department of Corrections handling workers compensation and medical leaves.

A strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations, the Family and Medical Leave Act Guidelines, and collective bargaining agreements. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
