Responsibilities:
Administer weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of payroll-related transactions and approvals. Coordinate employee leave of absence programs in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team, providing guidance and support to employees throughout the process. Support key HR administrative functions, including new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding activities, employee records management, and HR communications. Serve as a resource for employees and managers by responding to HR-related questions and providing administrative support for day-to-day HR operations. Oversee site travel administration, including tracking unused ticket credits and monitoring forfeited travel funds. Lead and support employee wellness initiatives by coordinating programs, managing budgets, communicating wellness resources, and assisting with events and activities. Support employee engagement programs, internship initiatives, and HR projects that enhance processes, workplace culture, and the overall employee experience.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or related HR role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required. Experience supporting payroll, HRIS administration, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR operations. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, including employee documentation, confidentiality requirements, recordkeeping, and workplace compliance. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively support employees, managers, and business partners at all levels of the organization.
