Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of human resources projects, policies, programs, and procedures such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations; analyze and execute the recruitment and selection processes based on the requirements necessary for the functions; seek to cover positions preferably with internal potential and search the market when necessary; carry out the recruitment and selection process and control the results of operations carried out by others areas; responsible for ensuring that the performance evaluation process and the identification of talents and successors are carried out, as well as the definition of focuses for the development of people and attributes in accordance with the guidelines drawn up by the Company's management; develop and guide the implementation of skills development programs focused on meeting the Company's strategies, assessing their effectiveness in terms of results for the business; build, together with the area manager, the organizational structure proposals to meet the Company's strategies, defining their composition in terms of positions and responsibilities; utilize KPIs administration, organizational planning, performance evaluation, Kaizen, continuous improvement, 5S, auditing, and forecasting to perform duties; define compensation, considering the advantages and benefits policy aimed at maintaining a stable and qualified staff; guide and contribute to the construction of programs, events, channels and internal communications (top down or bottom up), focusing on the awareness and engagement of people in relation to issues relevant to the business, safe work, and sustainability; support the planning and the implementation of employee training and onboarding plans, as well as take action to fulfill and consolidate the information necessary to maintain the Sodecia management model; and prepare and execute the updating of reports and indicators of the sector, monitoring and analyzing results, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of procedures, goals, and necessary corrective actions; the Human Resources Analyst must present reports to Board of Directors in weekly and monthly meetings; provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding human resources matters, procedures, and policies; the role does not involve any direct authority over employees such as hiring, termination, disciplinary action, or independent performance management decisions - those decisions are made directly by the Board of Directors.
