Location:
Warren, MI Compensation:
$22/hr to $29/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Must Haves:
2+ years of HR Operations or related HR experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/professional experience Strong experience within Workday Lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, job change, leaves, relocations, compensation actions) Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time

Insight Global is looking for an HR Operations Team Member on behalf of our client. This HR Operations member will be supporting the HR Vice Presidents on any business process (Onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Serve as day-to-day HR support for assigned leaders and employee groups, partnering closely with the HRBP Execute HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities in Workday, including job changes, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, relocations, and leave actions Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications Act as primary point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and standard employee HR inquiries; escalate complex matters as appropriate Coordinate global HR operational activities, including offboarding, immigration and relocation support, and country-specific requirements Support performance management and employee relations processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and partnering with HRBPs and leaders Execute logistics for large-scale HR processes such as reorganizations and workforce reductions, including documentation, Workday execution, and coordination with partners Prepare talent and workforce-related materials, reports, and data packs to support talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning Support data integrity through audits, remediation activities, compensation planning support, and ongoing HR systems maintenance

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
