What You'll Do In This Role:
Program and Project Coordination - Panorama US implementation
  • Support and co-lead HR Transformation project routines, including preparing materials and running bi-weekly stand-up meetings.
  • Follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones, deliverables, and risks are clearly tracked and addressed.
  • Act as a "voice of the customer" by identifying employee pain points, surfacing needs, and ensuring internal stakeholders understand business implications.
  • Maintain project dashboards, sprint boards, and progress trackers to keep the team aligned and moving forward.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability by proactively flagging delays, proposing solutions, and ensuring next steps are executed. HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Analyze US HR data to produce insights that support leadership decisions and HR Transformation priorities.
  • Support data validation, standardization, and visualization improvements. AI & Continuous Improvement Project
  • Lead a discrete innovation project to design a prototype HR Agent Generator for workflow automation and employee self-service interactions.
  • Map HR processes, define user stories, and identify automation opportunities aligned with HR Operations transformation.
  • Partner with HR Ops and Digital Technology to validate feasibility, constraints, and value opportunities.
  • Document findings, build process flows, and create a minimum-viable agent design for HR use cases. Events & Engagement Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite HR-sponsored events including engagement activities, culture initiatives, and intern-related programming.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, communications drafts, and vendor coordination.
  • Track participation data and gather employee feedback to improve event quality and impact. Onsite HR Lifecycle Support
  • Support onboarding experience delivery (orientation day execution, materials prep, onsite coordination).
  • Assist with employee experience touchpoints including SharePoint updates, HR communications, and physical workspace signage.
  • Help ensure consistent, high-quality HR presence onsite for employees and managers.
