Job Description

We're looking for an HR Generalist / Office Manager who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with leadership and employees while helping keep our office, HR, payroll support, and administrative functions running smoothly. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead daily office administration and front-office operations.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation, timekeeping, vacation tracking, and benefits administration.
- Maintain OSHA, training, and compliance records.
- Prepare operational reports including attendance, production, efficiency, purchasing, and training metrics.
- Coordinate office purchasing and vendor communications.
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
- Support leadership with projects, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, office management, or administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
