This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building strong relationships, and helping shape the employee experience from recruitment through retention. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives later in the day and enjoys a schedule that extends into the evening. If you're energized when others are winding down, this may be the perfect fit. Schedule This role is 4-10's with no Fridays and is ideal for someone who prefers afternoon and evening hours, with a typical schedule Monday through Thursday 12 pm - 9 pm to support afternoon and evening operations. Flexibility may be available , allowing you to build a schedule that works for both you and the business. What You'll Do Employee Relations & HR Support Partner with leaders on employee concerns and policy interpretation Support leave administration, benefits, and compliance Maintain employee records and HR systems Talent Acquisition Recruit and hire hourly and professional positions Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding Build community recruiting partnerships Culture & Retention Support retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts Assist with succession planning and workforce development What We're Looking For May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related field. 1+ years of recruiting experience is required. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field. Has strong work ethic, always consider the Company's best interest before making a decision.
