- Minimum Qualifications

Experience must include:
+ Experience developing and facilitating anti-racist, anti-bias and/or culturally responsive professional development. + Experience coaching leaders and/or educators for the advancement of equity, diversity and/or inclusion efforts. + Experience creating equity, diversity, and inclusion guidance and/or resources. + Experience leading a project team or committees. A Doctorate degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience; and an Associate's degree may substitute for six (6) months of experience.- Preferred Qualifications
