Job Description

The City of Wayzata is seeking candidates for a full-time Human Resources Generalist. This position performs comprehensive human resource services and consultative support to all city staff. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and classification, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and administration of employee benefits in accordance with state/federal law and labor contracts.
