Job Summary This position provides professional level human resources services to managers, supervisors, and employees located in MnDOT's district 8. This position serves as a resource in the areas of labor contract administration, staffing/recruitment, selection, classification, and compensation and ensures all employment laws, rules, regulations and collective bargaining agreements are upheld. The position requires analytical and problem-solving ability (judgment/decision-making) sufficient to evaluate complex information, research answers to problems and/or concerns and make decisions and/or recommendations within acceptable timeframes. The position will be located in Willmar or Marshall, Minnesota. The position may allow telework on a part-time/hybrid basis. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.- The Minnesota Department of Transportation does not sponsor applicants for work visas or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students.
