Job Description

Schedule:
Full Time (40 hours per week) - Days. Located at the Human Resources Department on Freeman West Hospital campus in the David Ball, Medical Building. What You'll Do The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience by planning, coordinating, and executing engaging organizational events and recognition programs that align with company goals. This role manages end-to-end event logistics—including budgeting, vendor coordination, communications, and on-site support—while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. The specialist leads employee recognition initiatives, oversees rewards programs, and tracks engagement outcomes through data analysis and feedback processes to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the position supports internal communications, onboarding and employee experience activities, and career development initiatives, while serving as a liaison with external partners and providing cross-functional support to Human Resources operations.
Requirements:
3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) including generating reports, manipulating and analyzing data (Excel).
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. Experience in employee engagement, community involvement, or career development.
