EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Reports to: Manager of Corporate Care•
Booneville Location:
Booneville, MS Facility Hours:
Monday•Friday, Day 8 am•4:30 pm (flexible and varies according to events)
Pay Rate:
Salary Non-Exempt Summary The Employee Experience Specialist is part of the Corporate Care Employee Engagement Team and is dedicated to promoting a culture of care, connection, and support throughout the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating, promoting, and facilitating all Corporate Care initiatives and events, working closely with Corporate Care leadership and other stakeholders. The candidate must uphold and represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values. Responsibilities Model and preserve ProVia's culture Help research and design employee initiatives and activities Plan and execute Booneville Corporate Care activities, initiatives, and events Promote employee engagement opportunities and be an advocate for initiatives Maintain multiple concurrent employee initiatives effectively Measure overall activity and program effectiveness Effectively communicate with employees through multiple methods and resources Booneville Smartsheet administrator Distribute employee awards, gifts, and resources as needed•Facilitate Lunch-Learn-n-Earns New Employee Orientation Administrator New Employee Orientation Facilitator Advocate and provide feedback Maintain Employee Resource Centers Maintain Employee Bulletin Boards Maintain BO Corporate Care calendar (EEC and LD) Maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information Other duties as assigned Knowledge/Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Self-motivated, highly accountable, and reliable Time Management and meeting deadlines Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels Ability to successfully manage the dynamic and differing needs, interests, and viewpoints of multiple stakeholders Practical and creative problem-solving skills Consistent pursuit of goals in a calm, methodical manner, even when setbacks occur Adept with technology Preferred experience using Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Proven track record of working independently and as a team member Uphold a culture of excellence and accuracy in every interaction and deliverable Ability to travel between facilities
