Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader to oversee/manage/run our small, 16 bed, Long Term Care Facility in Diamondhead, MS.

Job will include:

scheduling/overseeing workers to ensure proper care is given to our residents, caregiving, marketing, keeping all documentation to stay compliant with state, etc. An abundance of help, guidance and training will be available as you become a part of our Beehive Homes family. You will have our regional manager and other team leaders to lean on for help and guidance. Our cozy, home-like feel, as well as the personalized care we can offer due to the ratio of staff to resident, sets us apart from any competition. A large part of your job as is to ensure this continues.

Pay:

From $50,000.00 per year
