Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. HR Specialist functions include; compliance, benefits management & orientation, recruitment/retention, compensation, and training. An additional emphasis for the HR Specialist is to be regularly assessing the DTS workplace/environments, using various metrics and observations, then make recommendations on strategies to management on how to maintain and/improve the workplace culture and climate, bringing DTS and related companies to be considered a desirable and one of the preferred places of employment. Responsibilities Support onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated seamlessly into the organization. Manage employee records with precision and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Facilitate benefits administration activities including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits. Contribute to performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts. Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning to uphold legal standards and promote workplace safety. Collaborate on HR projects related to organization design, change management, workforce management, and strategic planning to optimize organizational effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences. Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion while maintaining high levels of accuracy through effective data entry and recordkeeping. Knowledge of employment & labor law principles and OSHA standards to ensure organizational compliance. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. •

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
