Job Description
Rocky Mountain Credit Union is seeking an HR Generalist Helena. Rocky Mountain Credit Union offers a competitive base wage plus incentive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Role:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the HR team supporting the overall mission of the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. This role is responsible for helping to shape company culture by aligning duties, responsibilities, and decisioning with company core values of partnership, accountability, welcoming presence, compassion and gratefulness.Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience.Education:
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.Work Environment:
The job is scheduled during normal credit union business hours and at a branch location. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The job requires a high degree of attention to details. EOE.
