Friday:
9:15 AM•4:45 PM (1:00 PM•1:30 PM lunch)
Compensation:

We are currently hiring an Onboarding & Interview Specialist to help recruit, interview, train, and support new team members as they begin their careers with our organization. Position Overview This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to confidently lead virtual presentations. You will be responsible for conducting group Zoom interviews, presenting company opportunities to candidates, guiding new hires through onboarding, tracking progress, and ensuring every new team member receives an exceptional first-week experience. Responsibilities Conduct daily group Zoom interviews and presentations Explain company opportunities, compensation, and onboarding processes Monitor and support new hires during their first week Track attendance, training progress, and onboarding completion Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM Follow up with candidates and new hires via phone, text, and email Assist management with recruiting and hiring initiatives Ensure all onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements are completed Identify coaching opportunities and escalate concerns when necessary Maintain a professional and positive experience for all candidates and agents Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking to groups on Zoom and video meetings Professional appearance and attitude Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Quick learner with a willingness to grow Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong note-taking and documentation skills Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, training, management, or onboarding experience is a plus Requirements Must pass a background check Professional communication skills required Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule Ability to work in-office at our Cary, NC location Must enjoy helping others succeed Growth Opportunities This position offers significant advancement opportunities into: Recruiting Management Training & Development Operations Management Team Leadership Sales Management Apply Today We are hiring immediately.
